Sunday morning at half past seven Matthew Lewis deceased.

Matthew, born and raised in New York, has settled after his education in Amsterdam. Until his dead he was working with the University of Amsterdam as a network specialist; In 1990 he was one of the organizers of the Seropostive Bali in Paradiso. In february 1991 he was cofounder of the Hivnet Foundation. From the start he has put in a tremendous effort for the aim of Hivnet: Information and communication concerning hiv/aids.

Matthew, where ever you are, we're convinced that you're happy now, but we will continue to work on the ideal that you fight for so much.
